About Us

Dr. Sydney graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree, Magna Cum Laude, in Nutrition from Cal Poly in San Luis Obispo, California. She went on to receive her Dental degree from the University of the Pacific School of Dentistry in San Francisco, and then on to Boston University, where she completed her two-year Pediatric Dentistry Specialty Residency. Dr. Sydney is a Board Certified Diplomat of the American Board of Pediatric Dentistry and a Fellow of the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry. Dr. Sydney enjoys giving back to the community several times a year by volunteering her skills and time to treat children who are indigent and otherwise unable to afford dental care. She is the mother of three children of her own. Dr. Sydney is married and she and her husband Renton enjoy family activities including travel, skiing, sledding, camping, swimming, and relaxing at home with the children.

Dr. Ann received her Dental Degree at Washington University, St. Louis, Missouri, graduating Cum Laude. She completed her two-year Pediatric Dentistry Specialty Residency, receiving an MSD degree, at the University of Washington in Seattle, Washington. Dr. Ann has taught Pediatric Dentistry at the University of Washington in Seattle, the University of Maryland in Baltimore, and at Children’s National Medical Center in Washington D.C. Since 1991, she and Dr. Jack Moore have been in private practice in Roseville, California. Dr. Ann loves to read and to paint and draw. Some of the office murals and paintings are hers.

Dr. Jack received his Dental Degree from the University of Washington in Seattle, Washington. He went on to specialize in Pediatric Dentistry, completing his two-year Residency at the University of Maryland in Baltimore, Maryland. Dr. Jack has been involved in private practice throughout his career. Dr. Jack enjoys gardening, woodworking, and fishing. He and Dr. Ann are very pleased to have their daughter Dr. Sydney on board as their associate and partner in their practice of Children’s Dentistry.

Our highly trained staff of Registered Dental Assistants and Administrative Personnel work with the doctors as a team to provide the best possible care for your child. All Staff members have specialized training and years of experience. The entire staff is CPR certified. All of our staff members have been carefully chosen for their genuine love of children, plus superior courtesy and professionalism.
